How many treats can I give my dog per day?

Treats should make up no more than 10% of your dog’s daily caloric intake. A general guide:

●     Small dogs (under 20 lbs): 1–2 treats/day

●     Medium dogs (20–50 lbs): 2–4 treats/day

●     Large dogs (50+ lbs): 4–6 treats/day

Can puppies eat your treats?

Yes, but we recommend introducing treats once your puppy is at least 8 weeks old and able to chew properly. For growing pups, break treats into smaller pieces and consult your vet about appropriate daily amounts.
